Inspiration: Dr. Sanjay Sinh, (Former Member of Parliament, Govt. of India and our Hon'ble Chairman), is endowed with rare virtues of being simultaneously a talented Academician, a committed Social worker, a meritorious Sportsman and a highly esteemed Politician. He is president of several Educational Institutions right from primary level to post graduate colleges. He is founder and patron of " Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Jan Kalyan Samiti ", which is dedicated to the upliftment of the poor and downtrodden class of society irrespective of caste, community and religion.

In the field of sports he is President of U. P. Hockey Association, President of U. P. Football Sangh and Member of General/Governing body of Sports Authority of India. As a versatile statesman he has been Member of U. P. Legislative Assembly, Member of Rajya Sabha and Member of Lok Sabha for different tenures. His contributions as Minister of State, Forest, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development and Sports & Youth Welfare and latter as Minister of Transport U. P. and then as a Union Minister of State for Communications have been uniformly praiseworthy. He has been closely associated with National Education System as Member of Committee on Human Resources Development and its sub committee on Value Based Education. He had the opportunity to travel far and wide as member and head of the various Govt. delegations

Hon'ble Rani Ameeta Sinh	The Inspiring Soul : Rani Ameeta Sinh has exemplary zeal and dedication for social service, academic development, youth welfare and political participation. As President of " Rananjay Sinh Jan Kalyan Samiti " she has been relentlessly working for the upliftment of the poor, the handicapped, the downtrodden class of society and helpless girls and women. This society with the help of CAPART under the public cooperation scheme has done commendable social welfare works. She has been a renowned sports person who has been participated in many National and International level events and has visited many foreign Countries broadening her vision for Youth Welfare. She has been member of U. P. Legislative Assembly and Minister of State for Technical Education. She has done commendable work in contribution to the quality development of technical education in the state. She will always be remembered and praised for her courage to resign from the Assembly on some political differences. Her extreme popularity in masses, kindness, consideration and helping nature again honoured her by re-election to the State Assembly from the same constituency. Mission : The mission of Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh College of Pharmacy is purported to strive for improving the health care system throughout the world and to give access of pharmaceutical care to the sick and needy. To achieve this mission the students are being inculcated with a strong foundation of knowledge essential to the pharmacy profession. While providing highest quality instruction in pharmaceutical sciences, the faculty introduces and develops the art of critical thinking, problem solving and life long learning for posterity as would make the young pharmacists healthy to stand the test of time.
